Ken Macdonald is the Principal/Licensee of Bribie Prestige Properties. His first hand knowledge of the real estate market and the requirements of property owners allow him to provide a unique service to his clientele.

Ken has been selling real estate on the island for the past 12 years, and is well known in the area. Prior to commencing his career in real estate, Ken was involved in yachting and professional sailing, participating in events around the world. Today, Ken's passion for water sports has not changed, and you can often find him water skiing on Bribie's beautiful Pumicestone Passage.

Recently Melissa successfully completed the sales person registration course with the “Real Estate Institute of Queensland” with three years experience in the real estate industry. Melissa started out as a school based trainee in sales administration – Successfully completing a Certificate II & Certificate III in Business & Administration, having gained these qualification has provided her with well rounded experience of all areas of real estate.

She brings to the office enthusiasm, competency, an excellent manner with clients and to buyers and sellers alike.

Melissa is a life-long resident of the island and her efficient and friendly manner are a valued asset to the Company.

Meet our Property Manager… Merle Rossow

For over 20 years Merle has continued to gain vast experience in the Property management industry. She has worked in numerous locations throughout Queensland, ranging from major city centers to holiday and coastal location such as, Bribie Island. She has been involved in the growth and expansion of offices she has worked with, and hopes that the skills and knowledge she has obtained offers both landlords and tenants the best possible service and advice.

Merle has attended various training which gives her the gives her up to the minute knowledge regarding the latest rules and regulations of the Residential Tenancies Act. This is essential to provide a professional and complete management service.
